About
What is Soft Tissue Therapy?

Soft tissue is any type of tissue within the body that is not bone. Tissues that overlay the skeleton (muscles, tendons, ligaments) can suffer pain and dysfunction, the causes usually being occupation, leisure/sporting pursuits, postural habits, syndromes, accident/injury and stress/tension. These musculoskeletal issues can be treated with remedial massage and advanced techniques, the combination of which is called 'Soft Tissue Therapy'.
Soft Tissue Therapy includes Scar Therapy, which reduces both the restricting effects of scar tissue and its appearance.
