What should I expect?
The treatment room is a warm, calm and professional environment. Helen is relaxed, professional & friendly and will always listen to and talk through any issues or requirements. There is free street & on-site parking, with level access to the ground floor treatment room and WC.

​Massage works best via direct contact with the skin. You will be asked to change out of your clothes in privacy, leaving underwear on, and lie on the treatment couch underneath the towel provided. Correct draping (towelling) techniques are used at all times to assure your privacy during the treatment. You do not need to remove all clothing for treatments that target a specific area only.
Massage Lotions
The massage mediums used are water-based hypoallergenic NAQI Ultra Massage Lotion & Physique Massage Lotion : both are dermatologically tested and suitable for all skin types. Songbird Wax may also be used where appropriate. Please ask to see the ingredients list if you have any concerns.
Cancellation Policy
48 hours notice is required for cancellations otherwise the full fee is chargeable.
